The first quarter of the year really went by so quickly! But just like the unicorn rockstars that we are, we’ve done so much in just three months. And we tell you all about it in this month’s newsletter.
In case you haven’t checked your email yet or maybe you’re not part of our mailing list (which means you’re missing out on a lot so subscribe to us now), we’ve broken down what to expect in the AFDigital April Newsletter.
Tennis Australia: Creating Insight-Driven Experiences with Salesforce
Tennis Australia is best known for the Australian Open (AO), “The Grand Slam of Asia-Pacific.” But even with the tournament’s popularity, Tennis Australia still created this brilliant vision for insight-driven experiences for tennis fans, players, and the industry. It finally took the step to fulfil this vision by partnering with Salesforce and AFDigital to deliver smarter fan experiences on Social during Australian Open 2019.
We helped the prestigious tournament set-up Social Studio to listen for event problems, manage Social Customer Service, and automate reports. For the first time, the Australian Open was able to quantify and qualify what was being shared online.
This month’s newsletter details how many posts AO was able to track and which features helped them demonstrate value to sponsors and drive faster operational decision-making.
We are Datorama-capable!
It’s no news that Salesforce acquired Datorama — and with AFDigital’s strong history on analytics, we are now offering Datorama as a service, further expanding our capability via measurement-equipped Salesforce marketing tools. Yes, that’s right! We are strengthening marketing intelligence with this new service.
What does this mean for marketers? In a nutshell, less time building reports and dashboards, more time optimising campaigns to measure and maximise ROI. Read all about the value of Datorma for you and your company in the blog, “AFDigital Broadens Marketing Intelligence Capability with Datorma.”
Company and Industry Highlights
Last month, we announced our partnership with Jitterbit and how this allows you to communicate and collaborate with clients seamlessly. This month, we write about what AFDigital’s partnership with Jitterbit this means to you in paving the way for a smarter approach to business transformation in the newsletter.
We also tackled the release highlights for Social Studio’s April 2019 update. The first of this quarter’s Marketing Cloud updates offers the following enhancements and new features:
- Easier access to reviews, brand sentiments, and hashtag performance on social media
- Updated YouTube media types
- Streamlined customer engagements through standardized responses
