What you’ll be doing (includes but not limited to):

  • Code and test promotional, trigger and transactional content on Marketing Cloud or other email platforms, like Responsys that supports mobile-first, responsive emails
  • Code HTML and CSS to develop email templates and email contents that might include minor scripting
  • Complex template development using advanced HTML, CSS, automation tools/Harmony syntax for static and highly customized dynamic projects
  • Review/modify client code for adherence to internal and industry best practice
  • Conduct coding quality assurance testing
  • Perform extensive technical quality assurance (especially in the area of cross-browser compatibility and page load performance).
  • Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring less experienced developers and new team members
  • Provide support for client’s email requirements by providing more than just emails but a solution that may cross other platforms/technologies
  • Apply Agile development methodologies in the implementation of work
  • Provide training and documentation to email development teams across the practice
  • Provide insight and research of innovation and interactive email development trends
  • Onboarding new clients, also provide migration/training plans
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide oversight and leadership of multiple critical functions of AFDigital Philippines, such as delivery, operations, support, and product development.
  • Coordinate and liaise with shared accounting, human resources, and legal resources to address the operational requirements of the Company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implement and enable clients with the latest Salesforce technology
  • Analyse budget and resource allocation plus coordination of project activities — assigns and monitors work of functional & technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, deadline, and budget; monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project.

What we’re looking for (required Technical and Professional expertise):

  • Knowledge of data modelling and process documentation
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting
  • 2 years of certification as a Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Expert knowledge in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MC Connect (and Social Studio – optional)
