What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for servicing assigned client accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistently high net promoter scores and/or results from client satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide exceptional account support to build and maintain a positive relationship between the client and AFDigital.
  • Lead consultative engagements with customers, ranging from high-level digital marketing campaign strategy to tactical execution efforts.
  • Analyze existing accounts, qualify and validate customer-specific needs, and develop solution criteria for upsell and cross-sell activities.
  • Respond to the needs of the client, decide which course of action to take, and independently execute that action; working through the technical or product organization, as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate additional business opportunities with current clients to determine the focus of growth and/or sales efforts.
  • Responsible in achieving revenue growth and renewal targets with existing client base.
  • Work in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to support onboarding and/or integration of new accounts.
  • Forecast and track account revenues and activities in a timely manner.
  • Use knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction.
  • Effectively and powerfully communicate the value proposition to existing customers and coordinate and lead periodic account reviews.
  • Stay current with market developments, competitive offerings, technological advances, and company products.
  • Keep clients up-to-date with the latest digital marketing strategies; advice and act as their trusted partner in leading their ongoing maturity of digital marketing as a practice.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with each client to ensure that they are on track to meet their objectives.
  • Ensure contract compliance and completion upon delivery of services.
  • Manage the master services agreement and contracts with clients to ensure they accurately represent the services being delivered, as well as protect AFD from risk and exposure.
  • Maintain client contracts, addendums, and SOWs.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure clients are invoiced accurately and on-time.
  • Manage pausing/withholding of client deliverables due to non-payment of invoices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide oversight and leadership of multiple critical functions of AFDigital Philippines, such as delivery, operations, support, and product development.
  • Coordinate and liaise with shared accounting, human resources, and legal resources to address the operational requirements of the Company.
  • Implement operational strategies to support the revenue and profitability objectives of the Company and coordinate activities supporting these strategies.
  • Report timely progress of deliverables and projects at regular intervals to senior management and project teams, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity. This includes monthly project reviews, SOP reviews, etc.
  • Establish key performance metrics or benchmarks relating to operations, delivery, product development, and support to measure actual performance against goals and targets on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for the effective management of staff — including team briefing, appraisal, skills assessment, succession planning, career development, and training.
  • Ensure that all business activities are conducted in line with company values and policies.
  • Resolve issues related to the organization’s operations, delivery, and other critical functions using available company resources.
  • Secure required resources and tools to manage process, staff resource, risks, and changes.
  • Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting requirements for the company and the government.
  • Ensure that all books of accounts are accurately maintained.
  • Ensure that invoices are accurately and timely prepared and released to clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Know who and when to escalate issues in order to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Ensure all financial records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements.
  • Identify and drive required changes (capacity, regulatory, efficiency, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve the efficiency of finance services, facilitating communication and coordination.

  • Perform and review periodic bank reconciliation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Achieve monthly quota of $50,000 and other related sales KPIs, such as pipeline, certifications, and badges.
  • Manage the entire sale process to ensure business growth against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding and growing existing account in the focused market in order of priority – Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia.
  • Drive pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, networking, social selling, organizing events, speaking engagements, and public sector knowledge/intelligence, together with your Manager.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position AFDigital solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources, such as Architecture, Services, Executives, and Partners, etc.

  • Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
  • Develop specialities in Salesforce data management, scripting languages, API, and/or integrations.

  • Serve as a technical liaison to Salesforce product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives.

    • Data Definition Language (DDL)

    • Understanding of Digital Marketing and its objectives. Experience working in a marketing organisation or interacting with marketing organisations as a supplier/vendor would be advantageous.

  • Create Content Calendar.
  • Create relevant content and copy for various projects.
  • Publish content in various social media channels.
  • Recommends ways to improve content to achieve targets (engagement, likes, clicks, etc.).
  • Ensure that content output consistently follows the content marketing plan set by client or Content Manager.
  • Ensures that the keyword strategy is followed when creating content (when applicable).
  • Be aware of the newest content marketing trends and execute them.
  • Coordinate and update Content Manager and Client Services Managerson status reports, completion of client requirements, and in resolving content issues.
