About the Role:

The Salesforce developer may design, code, test and implement new Salesforce applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. Many aspects of the job are similar to those of a software developer, including analysis, testing and deployment of new or updated applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
  • Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, solutions testing and validation.
  • Support documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in the following:
    – SFDC configuration, Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, SFDC Lightning or Javascript, DevOps, GitHub (or something similar)
    – Familiarity with SDLC and Agile-Scrum methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
  • Must have the following Certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Development Experience

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform business requirements elicitation, analysis, scoping, management, and documentation.
  • Current state process documentation and problem identification and analysis.
  • Future state process and procedure design and documentation.
  • Provide consulting and strategic advice to clients.
  • Create, refine, and document User Stories.
  • Conduct end-user training.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by creating and conducting demos.

About the Role:

This is a strategic position to our customers and within the Marketing Technology department. Salesforce Developers are experienced technical subject matter experts within specific domains of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
  • Develop specialities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, API, and/or integrations’
  • Execute advanced configuration/development activities per assigned work orders.
  • Serve as a technical liaison to Salesforce Marketing Cloud product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives.
  • Conduct solutions testing and validation.
  • Support documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in the following:
    • Data Definition Language (DDL)
    • Data Manipulation Language (DML)
    • Procedural SQL (PL/SQL)
  • General understanding of ETL processes and tools
  • Experience of working with large data sets
  • Solid understanding of database design in the context of Decision
  • Support Systems (star schemas)
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile-Scrum methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and its objectives.
  • Experience working in a marketing organisation or interacting with marketing organisations as a supplier/vendor would be advantageous

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions

About the Role:

The Non-Profit and Education Director is responsible for setting customers up for success and representing the entire value proposition for the organization’s solutions in the presales cycle.

The Non-Profit & Education Director is an integral part of the sales cycle, acting as an implementation expert working in close alignment with customers and the sales teams to map out successful implementations. For each customer engagement, the Non-Profit and Education Director will assess complexity and propose the right service mix to ensure the customer’s success in their implementation cycle and beyond. This includes positioning the best consulting delivery organization(s) and the right support and training products needed for a customer’s success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • Experience in nonprofit or higher education enterprise architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
  • Expertise facilitating virtual meetings and presenting to an executive level audience in a concise, inspirational, and convincing manner
  • Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
  • Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in scoping, and selling services
  • 5-7 years of enterprise level project management experience (contract management, risk management, staffing)
  • 3-5 years of enterprise software experience. Strongly preferred: CRM application experience, or experience with products and/or processes related to sales, marketing, or support and services

About the Role:

The Commercial Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role, serving as an expert in Project Delivery, Customer Success, and a strategic advisor to stakeholders within the business. You will have substantial delivery management experience, in order to deliver results and performance within this role. Responsibilities

  • Manage and be responsible for delivery of the Salesforce project deliverables, service requests, operational controls & resolution of client incidents
  • Manage capability, and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote stakeholder satisfaction
  • Produce key project management deliverables such as project charters, project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, change management plans, etc.
  • Deliver projects on time, to the budget, scope and to schedule
  • Deliver cross-functional projects that involve web, mobile, data, and traditional application technologies

Requirements

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Saleforce.com product offerings and solutions.
  • Experienced in managing projects involving integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems
  • Familiarity working with teams doing custom development around Salesforce products
  • Have directly participated in 30 or more Salesforce implementations
  • Achieve and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications to effectively perform their day to day job and are on a continuous learning journey demonstrating to peers and staff the importance of learning and certifications.
