Jaycar have had several issues getting Salesforce Inbox to work successfully with Microsoft Outlook, so they tapped the AFDigital team to spend time troubleshooting and resolving the issue so Jaycar can successfully use Salesforce Inbox within Outlook. Our Salesforce architect provided technology and business architecture advice, best practice, as well as training and enablement for the Jaycar team.
