Beginning with AFDigital
Kevin joined AFDigital as a Salesforce Developer last June 2018. Starting his Salesforce journey as an intern in 2014, he brought with him the perfect skill set for AFDigital’s operations. Kevin helps the team translate business requirements into proper interfaces and applications in the Salesforce platform. Working on multiple local and international projects simultaneously, he strives to continually improve his technical skills and knowledge to adapt to Salesforce updates quickly and efficiently.
In just 4 years of experience with Salesforce, Kevin became a certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Email Specialist, and of course Developer. In short, what he does is code, code, and code (and he loves it).

Because Kevin is constantly growing in his passion for Salesforce and is always excited to learn about product updates and releases on the #1 CRM platform, he was one of the three who were chosen to fly to Marina Bay Sands for Basecamp Singapore. Kevin attended the sessions related to Lightning, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Our Salesforce Developer anticipated a day full of inspiration and awesomeness, and needless to say, his expectations were exceeded. Numerous Salesforce experts and professionals filled the event which only emphasised why Salesforce is the #1 CRM platform. One of the learnings that stuck with him is how companies need to focus on putting the customer first. Salesforce technology is evolving rapidly toward customer-centric focus by utilising all data to personalise a unique customer journey experience for each customer.
He was also fascinated with the eye-opening world of Artificial Intelligence where it’s possible to integrate and automate processes in almost all interactions in a customer’s journey. Transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning is also one of the Basecamp’s highlights for Kevin, making his work in AFDigital much easier and enabling him to have more time to learn and explore other facets of the platform.
AFDigital has also been on top of the trend by talking nonstop about the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the emergence of AI, which gave Kevin enough background on the sessions. Kevin realised further how his current work is truly placing him as a trailblazer in this digital world through the talks that kept reiterating what he already knows. Now that Kevin is more equipped after being in Basecamp Singapore, he is motivated to be a better Developer for Salesforce. With his newly-gained knowledge, our Salesforce Developer is more confident and eager to use Salesforce in the best and most effective way he can, taking AFDigital and its clients to an even higher level.
