About the Role:

Our company goal is to achieve 40 managed services clients that spend >$20k/mo on average. You will play a key role in achieving this goal, and hitting the next horizon of our business. Aside from playing an individual sales contributor role, we’d also like you to take an active role in managing and iterating the Sales Experience, playing a Product Manager role on our “Sales Experience”.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Account Manager

  • To exceed quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

As a Product Manager

As a dual role, you will be expected to enhance and manage the repeatable Sales Experience template as a Product, and ensure a cadence and general agile ceremonies and language is used e.g. backlogs, sprints, bugs, etc

  • Leading the regular review and optimisation of the Sales Template, including the methodology and process, sales templates, and training material
  • Eliciting feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and managing a feedback loop
  • Monitoring the market and maintaining competitive analysis to understand key trends and best practices as they evolve.
  • Defining a clear vision, and aligning stakeholders around the vision.
  • Prioritizing product features, capabilities, and bug fixes

About the Role:

The Financial Services Business Lead acquires, maintains and expands relationships with strategically important and large enterprises. Assigned to a number of named customers, the strategic account director is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives as well as developing business within some white space accounts.

About the Role:

MuleSoft Architect helps design and build integration between multiple on premises and/or cloud hosted systems. About the Role:
