What We Did:
AFDigital believes that success with Salesforce begins with learning to configure and optimise the technology to best fit the company. The team conducted training regarding Advertising Studio, Subject Data, and Marketing Cloud general sessions focused on journeys and entry data. AFDigital also helped Kaplan reduce their contact records and correctly synchronise these within CRM to ensure their data is up-to-date and useful.
