Konnect Learning is a one-stop-shop for career development. They specialise in industry-specific conferences, summits and bespoke corporate training.
Difficulties scaling and integrating their existing email platform with their booking system. No Single Customer View as data and transactions scattered across different spreadsheets. No Customer Automation to optimise the purchase, onboarding and cross-sell process.
What We Did:
AFDigital worked closely with the Konnect Learning team to implement #1 CRM driving their B2B Sales Team. We also integrated with their website and setup with a robust Lightning Sales Process. Marketing Cloud was then implemented to drive powerful 1:1 email and SMS Campaigns with a focus on deliverability to drive training registration across their database. We automated their Customer Journey across the lifecycle including Lead Nurture, Purchase, Event, Cross-Sell and Re-Engagement. Giving them a true single view of the Customer.
