About the Client:
Century Venues is one of Australia’s leading entertainment businesses, with over 30 years of experience specialising in venue management, live events and touring, and artist representation.
Century Venues wanted to implement and utilise Marketing Cloud using the native Connector, set up Email Studio and Mobile Studio, and lastly, set up an effective unsubscribe process to make their customer journeys smoother and more relevant.
What We Did:
AFDigital created Marketing Cloud Email and Mobile Studio (SMS) Setup for Century Venues within 6 months. We have implemented and integrated Marketing Cloud to Sales Cloud that will allow required data and contacts from CRM to be configured and synced. We’ve set up email sending profiles for their brands and created a custom static unsubscribe page to support up to 8 unique pages. AFDigital was able to deliver the project while our third-party partner, Alphasys, built the CRM. Century also availed AFDigital’s support retainer, which is 20 hours worth of additional support and advisory from our team.
