About the Client:
Exhibitions & Events Australia (EEA) organises Australia’s best consumer exhibitions, focusing on staging excellent events that meet both exhibitor and visitor needs.
Problem(s):
EEA wants to tailor solutions to ensure that each customer has a rewarding exhibition experience. They want to leverage their 500K database and use Salesforce to transform their business.
What We Did:
AFDigital worked closely with EEA to migrate all their existing contacts to the Salesforce CRM, integrate Marketing Cloud and CRM, and set up dashboards and reports to create a central view of their customers and automate their communications. AFDigital also built a basic Welcome Journey for EEA and implemented a strategic platform that the brand can grow with in the next 5+ years.
