Problem(s):
With more competitors entering the market, Resorts World realised they needed to revamp their VIP and loyalty member journey to stay at the forefront of their industry.
What We Did:
AFDigital implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud and built out their Email and SMS customer journeys focusing on VIP and high-spend gaming loyalty customers. VIP members now have a seamless leisure experience across mobile and email that intuitively escalated to human interaction when necessary, but also allowed scalable automation.
