About the Client:
My Food Bag was born out of the idea that healthy and delicious food can also be convenient, delivering farm-fresh produce of the customer’s choice along with healthy recipes.
Problem(s):
The key challenge of My Food Bag was that their SMS reminder process was completely manual and highly prone to error.
What We Did:
My Food Bag engaged AFDigital to address their key challenges—and our team, working closely with the brand, designed a solution to provide an easy-to-operate and mostly automated process for their SMS reminders using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The team configured MobileConnect as well as Email Studio to bring their communications beyond SMS. This includes all other required configurations including a simple customer journey for sending emails and SMS and training the My Food Bag’s team to own the solution.
