About the Client:
Started in 2003, nudie is a Sydney-based juice brand with the purpose to provide drinks made with the best ingredients on the planet.
nudie needed help with their digital transformation as they did not have a customer database, customer journeys, nor an in-house marketing team.
What We Did:
The goal for nudie is to grow their customer database to 50,000 within a year, be able to build smarter customer journeys, and gain the capability to deliver marketing and advertising in-house. The AFDigital team worked closely with nudie in 2 phases: first, to implement Social Studio and equip the team to own the platform so they can publish, engage and listen across all your social platforms. Second, to create and implement customer journeys through CRM and Marketing Cloud, allowing nudie Marketing teams to build smart customer journeys, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to known customers.
