As a media agency, they need a tool they can use to understand their customers personality and market opportunity, and derive insights and recommendations based on social listening data.
What We Did:
AFDigital enabled Social Studio and the command center in a record-breaking two days for DAN. This allowed DAN to quickly start gathering urgent insights required by their clients. The implementation allowed DAN to gain understanding of their consumers’ brand perception by monitoring share of voice and sentiment, and measuring social metrics like trending images, influencers, etc.
