About the Client:
NBN Co was established in 2009 to design, build, and operate Australia’s wholesale broadband access network.
NBN Co receives a high volume of social mentions and is involved in sensitive political debates so they needed a reliable platform to manage this effectively. In addition, NBN Co is a wholesaler to telcos and do not sell directly to consumers (B2B2C).
What We Did:
Social Studio Publish, Engage and Analyze were configured and implemented to ensure that the social media team was able to manage their corporate social pages safely, effectively, and at scale. Social Studio Automate was configured to auto-close noise, and auto-tag/assign the important posts making the social media team more efficient and responsive. Command Center was also implemented and setup in multiple locations to embed social as a core customer touchpoint.
