Beyond Blue is an Australian independent non-profit organisation working to address issues associated with depression, suicide, anxiety disorders and other related mental disorders.

Beyond Blue needed assistance with their use of their Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
What We Did:
AFDigital conducted a Marketing Cloud Health Check for Beyond Blue where the team took look at their current Marketing Cloud environment including integrations, automations, templates, journeys, team, and processes, and consequently made recommendations on what operations should be improved. Our team also worked closely to make minor fixes on their syncs and journeys to ensure that Beyond Blue can continue to make their journeys more relevant and smooth for everyone they interact with.
