About the Client:
Established in 1955, Open Doors is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Christians through discipleship and leadership training, delivering Bibles and Christian literature, and providing practical aid to over 70 countries in the world.
Problem(s):
Open Doors wanted to get a 360-degree view of their customer to provide a seamless experience for their donors through the donation journey.
What We Did:
AFDigital worked with Open Doors to implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Social Studio to provide a 360-degree view of the customer. This allowed Open Doors to enable automations and journeys to be set up within Marketing Cloud and enabled the team to focus on other activities. They are now able to see their customer experience through customer journeys such as Welcome and Retention Journeys.
Open Doors signed another project with us this 2019.
