The Smith Family is a national, independent children’s charity helping disadvantaged Australians to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves.
Problem(s):
The Smith Family aims to utilise Salesforce Social Studio for their social media marketing to be able to better track, publish, and enhance their content but needs guidance in doing so.
What We Did:
AFDigital helped The Smith Family to fully adopt Salesforce Social Studio in just 56 days from kickoff to project closure. The team performed a basic configuration of the tool and provided Social Studio End User training and Admin training to ensure that The Smith Family is equipped to use the platform. AFDigital also shared advice and guidance on Social Studio best practices so they can utilise it to its maximum capability.
