What We Did:
AFDigital regularly ran insights reporting to understand customer sentiment on topics related to the brand including listening for crises, developments, and customer investment topics. We achieved this with Salesforce Social Studio and trained the teams on how to operate. The organisation now responds to social mentions of their brand to proactively manage sentiment and service issues, while gaining actionable insights driving marketing.
