Waterlea Walloon is a brand of RBG Services Group, which is a multi-disciplinary design, fit-out, and refurbishment company in Sydney.
Problem(s):
RBG needed help with optimising their Salesforce Sales Cloud instance to its full potential.
What We Did:
The AFDigital team worked closely with RBG Services (Waterlea Walloon) to refresh their use of Sales Cloud. The brand was experiencing some issues with lead scoring and struggling with complex process and maximising its reporting capabilities. Our team made the necessary fixes to reduce the duplication of leads and enhance the lead scoring process. We also provided training for the RBG team to use these features and enable them to build a smarter customer journey with Sales Cloud.
