Anstel is a third generation family-owned business, bringing beautifully designed baby products to quality-conscious parents.
Problem(s):
Anstel needed help with implementing Salesforce for Joolz, prove ROI with omni-channel campaigns, and build smarter 1:1 journeys for their customers.
What We Did:
Because AFDigital believes that success with Salesforce begins with leveraging data so the company has one view of the customer and is able to personalise their experience, we implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including FTP integration, Email Studio (with email journey and templates) along with training and handbook. AFDigital also built a custom landing page using Cloud Pages in Marketing Cloud to capture warranty details and enter customers into a 2-step email journey, which greatly helped Anstel supercharge their customer experience.
