What We Did:
Choices Flooring is on its journey to digital transformation and their objectives are: to get a single view of their customer, to be able to marry and utilise the various communication channels available including SMS, Email, and Social marketing, and to properly set up benchmarks and track campaign performance through analytics and reporting, ultimately building a smarter customer journey. AFDigital assisted the brand in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and configuring the platform to custom-fit their needs, including Advertising and Mobile Studio, Smart Journeys, and ongoing support through TeamX.
