About the Client:
Founded in 1985, Harrolds is a living fashion institution supporting Australian designers and providing a home for luxury fashion in Australia.
Harrolds’ store sales are declining due to lack of personalisation, as they do not have a single view of their customer. They also don’t have marketing automation in place to improve the efficiency of their customer touchpoints.
What We Did:
AFDigital worked closely with Harrolds to build 1:1 personalised communications for their customers at scale across different channels by connecting all their data systems and maximising the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. The team integrated Pronto with Service Cloud and migrated all their data, then implemented the two solutions and trained them to empower the brand to build smarter omni-channel journeys for their customers.
