AFDigital offered Nikon a consolidated global reporting service where different markets are compared using a set of metrics. Our team came up with a 3-year historical mapping of metrics across 9 regions, measured online performance for the brand, and provided monthly and quarterly reports. We also provided ad hoc crisis reporting as well as actionable insights for improved online performance.
