Oxford Shop needed assistance to revamp their Marketing Cloud instance and maximise its potential.
What We Did:
Oxford Shop had an old version of Marketing Cloud and they engaged with AFDigital to implement the new version with Journey Builder, as well as integrate Shopify with Marketing Cloud using a third-party integrator. Our team successfully set up MobileConnect and Email Studio with its accompanying email template, training, and handbook to ensure that the Oxford team is fully equipped with Marketing Cloud best practices.
