CXC Global is Australia’s leading provider of contractor management services. They help contractors, employers and recruitment agencies optimise the opportunities of contingent working.

Problem(s):
CXC Global is rapidly changing and scaling globally and they have reached limitations on their current platform, Salesforce Pardot.

What We Did:
CXC Global was using Sales Cloud with Pardot for their B2B Sales and Marketing, and the brand has been experiencing difficulties in automating the contractor experience. So AFDigital helped the brand migrate from Pardot to Marketing Cloud and integrate it with their CRM as it is more suitable for their long-term marketing automation needs. Our team also implemented Eventbrite for Salesforce and set up Email Studio and SMS for the brand to start building a smoother, smarter customer journey.
