About the Client:
H&R Block is a tax preparation company operating in North America, Australia, and India. As of 2018, H&R Block operates approximately 12,000 retail tax offices staffed by tax professionals worldwide.
H&R Block needed help with their digital transformation for them to be able to build smarter journeys for their customers.
What We Did:
AFDigital implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud for H&R Block including setup of Mobile Studio for sending SMS and creating campaigns. Additionally, H&R Block leveraged social by utilising Social Studio to enable publishing, engaging, and listening and allow the brand to build smarter 1:1 journeys for their customers. AFDigital also helped integrate Sage Data Hub for Marketing Cloud for marketing automation. To equip them to use the platform on their own and be able to maximise its power, we provided them with a number of journeys, a 12-month roadmap, and a hands-on training.
