Ochre Recruitment is one of Australia and New Zealand’s premier medical recruitment agencies, having serviced and supported the medical recruitment industry for over fifteen years.
Ochre’s entire business is focused on finding clients and placing Doctors which is very time sensitive and requires a lot of data. Their existing process was admin-heavy, manual and clunky.
What We Did:
AFDigital partnered with Ochre Recruitment (and sister company Ochre Health) to implement a Recruitment CRM and Marketing Automation solution that simplified and automated their existing Doctor recruitment process. We supported the client migrating from multiple data silos to one single Candidate and Client view in Salesforce CRM, replacing multiple systems into one place for all staff to go to for all things Recruitment. Salesforce Marketing Cloud was integrated to automate and drive candidate journeys from initial pre qualified Candidate Lead right through to Placement, making the Recruiters life easy allowing them to focus on placing more candidates.
