About the Client:
Venture Crowd is an Australian multi-asset class crowdfunding platform, headquartered in Sydney, including equity crowdfunding, property crowdfunding and debt-based crowdfunding.

Problem(s):
Venture Crowd is having scaling issues due to manual processes, lack of personalisation, and absence of effective marketing capability.

What We Did:
AFDigital supported Venture Crowd in setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud to help automate their processes by bringing in the best-of-breed technology and improve the brand’s customer lifecycle communication with Marketing Cloud. Our team worked with Venture Crowd to assess the appropriate architecture for the business, then provided the suited Salesforce resources to implement the two platforms including journeys, SMS, and Advertising Studio. We also provided ongoing hands-on support and admin services through TeamX so they can continue creating better journeys  for customers in all channels possible.
