Adelaide Airport is currently the fifth largest domestic airport and sixth largest international airport in Australia. It is the aviation gateway to South Australia and processes more than 8 million passengers annually.
Problem(s):
Adelaide Airport needed a partner that could support them with implementing, optimising, and managing Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
What We Did:
Our team helped the Adelaide Airport audit and successfully implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud so they can build 1:1 customer journeys. The team also performed a Health Check on their Salesforce CRM and built a strategic roadmap, while also implementing a WiFi solution that helps the client capture details of the travelers that pass through the airport.
