What We Did:
Journey Beyond needed help in leveraging their rich customer data and their Marketing Cloud instance to its potential, so the brand tapped AFDigital to provide advice and recommendations and develop a plan for success. Our team first conducted a Marketing Cloud Health Check for the brand to know exactly what needs to be improved, then provided the appropriate advice and best practices to the Journey Beyond team through a 12-month roadmap so the brand can go above and beyond in their customer journeys.
