Traveloka needed a robust tool that enables them to listen to social mentions about their brand and social campaigns to aid the tools they already have.
What We Did:
AFDigital worked with Traveloka to implement Social Studio across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, so that any mentions are tracked in regards to their brand and social campaigns. Social Studio Publish and Engage was also implemented so their internal team can publish social media content and also engage with their customers all in one platform.
