About the Client:
Meralco is also the largest distributor of electrical power in the Philippines.
Meralco needed a partner to help them navigate through the chatter they received on the internet, and to quantify the data they received. Meralco’s reputation also took a hit online due to a series of electricity price hikes and after a challenging restoration effort following a strong typhoon.
What We Did:
AFDigital and Meralco have been working together since 2012, with multiple projects completed. For Social Listening Reporting, we deployed a full-time dedicated Reports Analyst to their office to provide regular social listening reports using Social Studio. Our team also provided support for their digital marketing team by developing a Social Crisis Playbook, building a Crisis “Dark Site” for up-to-date crisis information, and providing detailed crisis reporting and brand monitoring services.
